Refund & Return Policy:

If you're dissatisfied, return your item within 14 days for a full refund (conditions apply). Contact Lake Mac Jewellers with your order number, details, and reason to check eligibility. Items must be in original packaging with tags and paperwork. Include your shipping or order confirmation email. Returns can be delivered in-store or couriered at your cost, with pre-paid shipping, tracking, and insurance. All returns are inspected before processing. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. We cover return shipping only if the item is defective or our error.

14 Day Change of Mind:

Returns must be unworn, in original packaging, and in new condition. Earrings, special/custom orders, and handmade jewellery are ineligible. Australian Consumer Law Your rights include refunds/replacements for major failures.
